Price Match Policy

At Rubicon Watches, we aim to offer competitive prices. If you find the same item advertised for less by another UK online retailer, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll see whether we can help.

Price matching is considered on an individual basis and is not guaranteed. We may decline a request even where the conditions below are met.

To request a price match:

• The competitor must be a UK online retailer with the same item in stock.
• The comparison price must include any delivery charges.
• Marketplace listings, including eBay and Amazon, are excluded.
• Requests must be made before placing your order.
• Any agreed price match cannot be combined with another discount code.

Please contact us with a link to the competitor’s product page. We’ll review the price and let you know whether we can offer a match. If approved, we’ll provide a discount code for you to use at checkout.
