Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To withdraw from your contract, please complete and submit the form below, or send a clear written statement to sales@rubiconwatches.com with the following details;
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Order Number
- Telephone Number
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, or goods made to your specifications.
