Lorus Ladies 30mm Stainless Steel Casual Watch RG217XX9

Although Rubicon Watch Company are able to ship almost every order in the time frame specified, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded, causing a delay of one extra day. Should this occur, your order will be marked for urgent delivery on the following day.

The delivery timescales presented here do not apply to orders which require additional security checks. If a security check is required, it will usually follow that we will need you to provide additional information; despatch will not occur until this information is received.

Rubicon Watch Company is unable to provide compensation for late deliveries. Compensation will not be provided for consequential losses.

If, for any reason, your order is returned to us (e.g., incorrect address), then Rubicon Watch Company will inform you immediately via email when the item is received. You will be given a choice as to whether the item is sent out again, or a refund is processed.

Please note, for items that are undelivered through fault of the customer (e.g., incorrect address), Rubicon Watch Company reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.

How it works;

1. Handled by Fedex in the UK

2. Processed at a UK distribution centre

3. Shipments travel via linehaul, via contract carriers closely managed by Fedex

4. Customs clearance is handled in compliance with global rules and regulations.

Orders under €150

Any local import VAT, customs duties, or courier handling fees are pre-paid and collected at checkout. This means the final price you pay online covers the cost of the item and local VAT, and you should not be charged any extra customs duties upon delivery as we include a IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) number.

Orders over €150

Customs authorities base the import costs on the total declared value of the shipment (item price plus international postage and insurance). The exact amount depends on the item's category, the country of origin, and your local VAT rate

Buyers located in the EU may be required to pay their local import VAT, customs duties, and courier handling fees over €150 upon delivery but NOT always - contact us direct for exact charges (if any).

5. Your shipment is handled by the final-mile delivery provider in the country of origin to help ensure our customers enjoy an exceptional delivery experience

6. Our final-mile local carrier completes the delivery
